Oklahoma Weekly Cattle Auction Summary in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma held its last reported cattle auction on September 11, 2026.
500-600 lb Medium & Large 1 steers averaged $383.25/cwt on 352 head.
Regular sale day: Friday.

Compared to last week: Feeder steers over 750 lbs 5.00-10.00 higher, under 750 lbs 5.00-7.00 lower. Feeder heifers over 700 lbs 10.00-15.00 higher, under 700 lbs 3.00-8.00 lower. Steer calves very uneven. Heifer calves over 500 lbs 7.00-8.00 higher, under 500 lbs uneven. The heavier-weight feeder market posted nice gains this week on good buyer demand and increased competition. Stocker type cattle traded slightly lower as limited grazing opportunities continued to weigh on demand. The calf market, on the other hand, struggled to establish a clear trend, with prices uneven throughout the week. Condition and quality continue to play a significant role in buyer demand. Slaughter cows 2.00-7.00 lower. Lean cows steady. Slaughter bulls 4.00 lower. CME live and feeder cattle futures posted solid gains this week, with both markets trending higher and gaining positive momentum. Supply included: 85% Feeder Cattle ( 57% Steers, 36% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 8% Slaughter Cattle ( 89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle ( 12% Stock Cows, 78% Bred Cows, 3% Bred Heifers, 2% Cow-Calf Pairs, 5% Heifer Pairs, 0% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 60%.
